On July 17th, the final session of the Postgraduate Course in Contractual Dispute Resolution, Mediation and Arbitration will take place at the Lisbon School of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

 

Held at Cuatrecasas, this closing event will feature a roundtable discussion titled “Arbitration and State Courts: Cooperation or Conflict?”. José Miguel Júdice will join Gabriela de Fátima Marques, Isabel Marques da Silva, Mário Aroso de Almeida, and Sofia Martins, in a conversation moderated by António Pedro Pinto Monteiro.

 

The session will be preceded by a keynote address from Alfonso Iglesia on the future of international arbitration.
